Doesnt work anymore

I got a new phone and downloaded the app to my new phone. Now the app doesnt work. About every minute, it goes into pause mode like it does when you stop moving. Usually, it reawakens in a couple of minutes. Therefore, it doesnt track properly. Until they get this app to work, it is useless. Please fix because it was a great app before!
